The University of Oregon has developed successful partnerships with leading educational institutions throughout the world in order to provide students and faculty with high quality international experience and education.

The UO values its relationships with the following types of partners:

1.  Student Exchange Partners- Institutions and consortium member universities with whom the UO sends and receives students.

2.  Study Abroad Partners- International institutions to which the UO sends its students, or organizations that offer international education programs in which UO students participate.

3.  General Partners- Universities and organizations with whom the UO cooperates in order to promote enhanced academic excellence and intercultural learning for students and faculty, such as joint teaching and research projects, consultations and sharing of academic publications.

UO faculty members and administrators interested in initiating new international partnerships may complete and submit an international partnership proposal form. Please see the Procedures and Policies for Establishing International Partnerships.
