UO International Business and Economics club welcomes Israel's Reut Livne-Tarandach

Reut Livne-Tarandach is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Lundquist College of Business University of Oregon. She received her Ph.D. in organization studies from the Boston College, Carroll School of Management and her MSc. in Organization Research from the Technion, William Davidson Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management. In her research, Reut explores the phenomenon of renewal within and of organizations. She weaves together theories of change, learning and creativity to explore how and why renewal can be achieved, employing a variety of data collection techniques and quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. Her research has been published in Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Institution and Entrepreneurship: Research in the sociology of work, Integral theory in action: Applied, theoretical, and critical perspectives on the AQAL Model and Research in organizational change and development. Prior to her academic career, Reut worked as a business consultant in Israel and was an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces.
