International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) is a unit within the Office of International Affairs at the University of Oregon. We serve international students, faculty and visiting scholars at the University of Oregon as well as the Eugene-Springfield community.

Adding Dependents - Use this form to request an I-20 or DS-2019 for your spouse and/or child(ren). Correction to I-20 or DS-2019 - Use this form to request a corrected I-20 or DS-2019. Change in Finances Request - Use this form to request an updated I-20 or DS-2019 with your new financial information. Lost I-20 or DS-2019 - If you lost your I-20 or DS-2019 use this form to request a replacement. Change of Major Request - Use this form to request an updated I-20 or DS-2019 that shows your new major. Current OPT student travel or lost I-20 request - If you are currently on OPT you can submit this form to request a replacement I-20 or a travel signature. Returning to the UO - Use this form to request a new I-20 or DS-2019 to return to the University of Oregon. Invitation Letter Request - Use this form to request an invitation letter to give to friends or family members for their visa interviews. Certification Letter Request - Use this form to request a certification letter that certifies your student status at the University of Oregon.
