Canadian and Mexican Citizens may apply for the TN Status.

Canadian citizens may obtain a TN immigration status and enter the U.S. by applying at a U.S. port of entry or pre flight inspection center.

Mexican citizens may obtain a TN immigration status and enter the U.S. by applying at a U.S. consulate or embassy.

TN status is granted for 1 year increments with unlimited renewals.
