The staff members at International Affairs are here to support you in your experience abroad or in the U.S. We are available to talk with you if you have any questions or concerns, or if an emergency situation arises.

This is the emergency phone number for the UO Department of Public Safety. They will contact an International Affairs staff member for you.
When you call, ask the name of the person to whom you are speaking, then give that person the following information (speak slowly and clearly):
Your name
Your location (include the name of country, province, city or town, and location within the city, such as street address)
How we can contact you (telephone number, fax number, email address)
A brief explanation of the problem, and the type of help you are requesting
We will try to contact you and to arrange help for you as soon as possible.
Helpful information for students studying abroad outside of the U.S.:
To find the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate, go to http://usembassy.state.gov/ and select the country where you are. The locations in each country are usually at the bottom of the page.
International Student Identity Card (ISIC) 24-hour emergency number: Call (+44) 208 762 8110 from any country. Ask the international operator to connect you. (Note +44 is not needed by students calling from within the United Kingdom). This 24-hour traveler’s assistance number is one of the benefits of the card. Note that this number may only be used for medical or legal emergencies.
